As a member of Gallagher’s Litigation Group, Sangeetha assists attorneys and clients in a wide variety of matters, ranging from commercial litigation to the defense of medical malpractice claims.
Sangeetha received her JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2022. While in law school, Sangeetha was captain of the National Trial Team, Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy, and president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). She is a member of The Order of Barristers, an honor society for law school graduates who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing. Sangeetha also received the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievements and service to the school and the Maryland Law Scholars Award. Her leadership instincts and aptitude for working with people play a pivotal role in helping clients to navigate legal challenges.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Sangeetha served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland (2022-23).
Beyond Gallagher
Sangeetha has a zest for world travel, and of all the countries she has visited, Italy is her favorite. She enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisine and stays active through yoga and Pilates.
