David is a member of Gallagher’s Renewable Energy Group, where he assists clients in the financing of renewable energy projects.
Prior to joining Gallagher, David most recently served as an associate with a Baltimore-area firm’s nationally recognized municipal law and finance practice, where he represented issuers and underwriters in numerous taxable and tax-exempt bond financings.

When he is not assisting clients with renewable energy transactions, David enjoys spending time with family and discovering new music.
