As a member of Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group, Kyle represents owners and developers on general real estate and organizational matters, with a focus on acquisitions, development, leasing, and lending. He has extensive experience counseling clients on retail, office, and industrial leases as well as matters related to residential and mixed-use property management. Additionally, Kyle is adept at helping commercial tenants and landlords navigate complex commercial leasing disputes.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Kyle served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paula Xinis of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Between law school and his judicial clerkship, Kyle worked as a research fellow with the American Antitrust Institute in Washington, DC.
Beyond Gallagher
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and distance running. He also holds a private pilot certificate with an instrument rating, and spends many weekends flying to the region’s small airports.
