Focusing on commercial lending, general corporate representation, and real estate transactions, Kevin Davidson’s practice has a particular emphasis on real estate and health care development and financing. Kevin also represents the firm’s real estate development clients and has substantial experience in the finance of real estate projects, with concentration in senior housing development, and low and moderate income housing development financed through federal, state, and local financing sources. Kevin has extensive experience in representing lenders in a variety of financing transactions, including general commercial working capital lending, health care lending, construction lending, permanent financing, and debt restructuring.
