Jessica Lang Weston has focused on tax credit transactions, affordable housing and general real estate and taxation matters for over fifteen years. In her career, she has represented an array of developers, investors, syndicators and lenders across the country in transactions utilizing federal low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits and renewable energy tax credits and a variety of state credits.  In addition, she specializes in combining tax credits, development incentives and financing programs, such as HOPE VI, RD and FHA-insured financing, for the development of residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.  She also has substantial experience with the taxation of pass-through entities and tax-exempt organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Waldman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and practiced in a large law firm in Washington, DC.
