Jeff Caudill

Jeff’s in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, trends, and protocols combined with his understanding of the firm’s business and practice group needs allow him to maintain a successful technology program at Gallagher that runs 24/7. He also oversees all aspects of the firm’s facilities, ensuring the work environment meets the needs of the firm’s 100+ staff, and supervises the facilities team.

Jeff’s role spans a wide array of responsibilities, including managing Gallagher’s IT team, effectively allocating IT resources and monitoring budgets, software and hardware, and identifying and supporting the firm’s telecommunication needs.

In addition to ensuring the firm’s systems are running smoothly, Jeff stays abreast of rapidly emerging technology trends. He recently earned a certificate in “Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications” from UC Berkeley Executive Education.

He has been engaged in Electronic Discovery (E-discovery) since the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure rolled out in 2006 and has been certified in E-discovery since 2011.

Prior to joining to the firm, Jeff spent nearly a decade working as a private IT consultant for companies across a broad spectrum of industries. He also worked for the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center as a research analyst in the bone marrow and stem cell transplant unit.

Jeff’s networking credentials include, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Certified E-Discovery Specialist, Citrix, A+ and N+ certifications.

Beyond Gallagher

Outside of work, Jeff, a husband and father of two adult children, enjoys traveling annually to Hilton Head, South Carolina. He is a avid golfer, a wine enthusiast, and very much enjoys spending time with his three miniature dachshunds.
