Emily is a member of Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of developers and owners in all facets of senior housing/assisted living, affordable housing, residential, and commercial projects, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing. Emily also has experience in commercial lending.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, where she majored in Government, and she graduated from Cornell Law School, where she concentrated in Business Law and Regulation.

When she is not assisting clients, Emily enjoys spending time with family, reading, and running.
