As a member of Gallagher’s Business Transactions Group, Celine incorporates her background in business and finance to bring an analytical approach to client problem solving. Drawing on her business perspective, Celine contextualizes and strengthens legal representation for the developer, syndicator, and investor clients who Gallagher serves.
Celine earned her JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2023. In law school, she served as the Managing Editor for the Maryland Law Review and worked with startup companies and local business as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. She received the William P. Cunningham Award for her exceptional achievements and service to the law school and the Maryland Law Scholars Award. She also earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for having the highest grade in Business Associations and Real Estate Negotiations and Drafting. At the University of Georgia, Celine earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance, with honors, and was an active member of the Student Managed Investment Fund and Women in Finance.
While in law school, Celine served as a Law Fellow at AARP and was a summer associate at Gallagher.
Beyond Gallagher
Celine and her rescue beagle love exploring Baltimore, and Celine particularly likes sampling new restaurants and recreating the cuisine at home. Staying loyal to her college roots, Celine enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
