Emily Johnson, a lawyer with nearly a decade of experience in Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group, and Mallory Regenbogen, an experienced attorney in Gallagher’s Health Law Group, have been named partners at the firm effective Jan. 1.
“Mallory and Emily are integral members of their practice groups, deeply committed to their clients, and respected by their colleagues,” said Tom Dame, managing partner at Gallagher. “It has been a privilege to watch these women establish their careers at the firm, and we enthusiastically welcome them as partners and look forward to witnessing their continued success.”
Emily, a 2010 graduate of Cornell Law School, focuses her practice primarily on the representation of developers and owners in all facets of senior housing/assisted living, affordable housing, residential, and commercial projects, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing. Emily also has experience in commercial lending and is a member of the American Red Cross – Central Maryland Chapter – board of directors.
“It’s an honor to join the Gallagher partnership,” Emily said. “It’s a privilege to work with Gallagher clients to support them in accomplishing the exceptional work that they are doing, and I am grateful to have collaborative, service-oriented colleagues at the firm.”
In her role as a health law attorney, Mallory Regenbogen strategically guides hospitals, post-acute care facilities, physician groups, and other health care providers through a wide range of business, regulatory, and compliance matters to help them accomplish their goals. Mallory earned her JD in 2014 from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She helps clients navigate everything from Certificate of Need (CON) applications to compliance with fraud and abuse laws to telehealth technology, data security and privacy, and Medicare and Medicaid billing issues.
“I am thrilled to join the Gallagher partnership,” Mallory said. “I am proud to be associated with an amazing group of colleagues at Gallagher, who are committed to providing excellent client service and are invested in our community. It is a privilege to work with our many wonderful, mission-driven clients whom I look forward to serving for years to come.”
