Long time Baltimore-based law firm Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP, has determined to relocate to the Harbor East neighborhood in Baltimore, Harbor East Management Group President Tim O’Donald announced today. The firm will occupy the entire top, 12th floor, at 650 S. Exeter Street. Gallagher and the firm’s more than 100 employees are expected to move to Harbor East in spring 2026.
