Collin helps clients navigate challenges relating to land use, religious freedom, and education as well as working on behalf of clients engaged in litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dan Friedman of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
Collin graduated cum laude in 2018 from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and an editor of Maryland Law Review. Collin graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a BA in Political Science and Media & Communication Studies. While at UMBC, Collin served a term as Student Regent for the University System of Maryland Board of Regents.
Collin was named to Best Lawyers® Ones to Watch 2022 and 2023 and recently joined The Leadership’s 40th Flagship Program class. Through The Leadership, professionals in the greater Baltimore region participate in an experiential nine-month program to help them become more effective and impactful leaders.
