Lori Nicolle’s practice covers a wide variety of commercial, municipal, and real estate financing transactions, including tax-exempt financing, construction loans, working capital lines of credit, letters of credit, mezzanine financing, loan participations, and intercreditor arrangements, with an emphasis on financing for health care and educational institutions. She has more than thirty years of experience representing financial institutions, borrowers, underwriters, placement agents, and trustees.
