Year in Review: Gallagher’s Women’s Initiative

Gallagher’s Women’s Initiative, co-chaired by attorneys Ella Aiken and Mallory Regenbogen, has concluded its inaugural year! The women’s group sought to: encourage camaraderie and mentorship among all women; promote and foster pathways to leadership for women attorneys; improve and promote gender diversity in the partnership; and to retain women leaders. Throughout the year, the group hosted happy hours and dinners, golf lessons, museum tours, panel discussions, and yoga classes.

“I’m excited that our firm has added an extra focus on women in the workplace and that I get to be a part of encouraging, inspiring, and mentoring my colleagues,” said co-chair Mallory Regenbogen. “We hope to continue the momentum of the initiative by hosting more social and informational events, collaborating with women leaders in the Baltimore area, and continuing to foster growth and development for the women of our firm.”

• Emily Johnson and Mallory Regenbogen named partners at Gallagher (January 1)
• Meghan Casey named to The Daily Record’s 2024 listing of Maryland’s Top 100 Women (March 19) and accepted the award at The Lyric Baltimore in May
• Ali Lutich ranked in the Chambers USA 2024 Guide – Healthcare, Star Associate (June)
• Mallory Regenbogen ranked in the Chambers USA 2024 Guide – Healthcare, Up and Coming (June)
• Meghan Casey and Linda Jones selected by Best Lawyers® for inclusion in the 31st edition of The Best Lawyers in America (August)
• Ali Lutich selected in the 5th edition of Best Lawyers Ones to Watch® (August)
• Meghan Casey elected as a fellow of the American Bar Foundation (October)
• Celine Esmeir joins The Women’s Law Center of Maryland’s Board of Directors (November)
• Sangeetha Kannan and Morgan Miller awarded for their pro bono legal services at Gallagher’s Pro Bono Celebration (December)
• Mia Kobylski awarded for her volunteer commitment at Gallagher’s Pro Bono Celebration (December)
• Christina Araviakis named by Super Lawyers® as a 2025 Maryland Rising Star – Real Estate. This is Christina’s first year on the list (December)
