Attorney Leah C. Rowell has joined Gallagher’s Litigation Practice Group, where she will be representing individuals, business owners, educational institutions and other non-profit organizations in civil disputes and internal investigations.
Leah earned her JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2023, graduating magna cum laude, after serving as Managing Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Leah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis M. Robinson of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (2023-24). While in law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland.
She is a member of the Elijah Cummings Youth Program Alumni Association.
