Leah C. Rowell

Client advocacy and a desire to support her colleagues are at the heart of Leah’s work as a member of Gallagher’s Litigation Practice Group. She incorporates her positive energy to connect with commercial clients and understand their challenges as she helps them effectively navigate the legal process.

Leah graduated summa cum laude from Bowie State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. She earned her JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2023, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Leah served as the Managing Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and was a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society and the Fannie Angelos Program for Academic Excellence.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Leah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis M. Robinson of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (2023-24). While in law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland.

Beyond Gallagher

Strength training and lifting weights are a passion for Leah, and she enjoys challenging herself to hit new PRs. She also enjoys exploring coffee shops and restaurants with family and friends, traveling, and reading.
