Jody Flaharty Darrell concentrates her efforts in Gallagher’s Tax Credit Investments Group, where she assists in the review of various matters for the firm's investor, lender, and development clients.
She brings more than 35 years of experience to her role, with a background in providing paralegal support to lawyers in the areas of municipal finance, business transactions, bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights. She previously provided support to lawyers in both Pennsylvania and Maryland who were appointed as trustees through the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Jody knew she wanted to work in the legal field since she was in high school, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wesley College with a degree in Paralegal Studies. When she first came to Baltimore, she was a cheerleader for the former Baltimore Colts, and is currently a member of the National Football Cheerleaders Alumni Organization and the Baltimore Colts Cheerleaders Alumni Association.
