Meaghan Vernick practices in Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group with a focus on real estate development, general corporate representation, and financing transactions. Meaghan assists in the representation of developers, owners, equity investors, and contractors in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects, from land acquisition through development, construction, operating and disposition. Meaghan also has experience representing lenders on a wide range of matters relating to development, construction, and permanent debt financing for renewable energy projects.
Meaghan is a 2016 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was executive editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, and a 2013 graduate of the University of Maryland, where she received her B.A. in government and politics.
