Michael LaRocca is an attorney in Gallagher’s Renewable Energy practice. Michael’s practice focuses on renewable energy finance and development. Michael assists in the representation of lenders for renewable energy projects on a wide range of finance, development, construction, and equity investment matters. 

Michael LaRocca graduated cum laude from Towson University with a B.S. in Economics and earned his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he graduated cum laude while completing the school’s Business Law Track. While at Maryland, Michael served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology, the Outside Competition Chair for the Moot Court Board, and competed on the Transactional Law Team. Upon graduation, Michael was selected as one of the William P. Cunningham Award winners and was named to the Order of the Barristers. In addition to his legal studies, Michael earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
