As a member of Gallagher’s Real Estate and Business Transactions Group, Adam Block represents developers, owners and equity investors in all stages of the real estate development process, from land acquisition through development, financing, construction, operation, and disposition, with a focus on mixed-use and multi-family projects.  Adam has significant experience representing borrowers in acquisition, development, construction, mezzanine, and permanent financing transactions, including transactions involving new markets tax credits and tax increment financing.  Adam’s practice also includes the representation of owners and developers in the formation of business entities, commercial condominium regimes and residential condominium and homeowner associations.  Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, first as a Governor's Policy Fellow and later acquiring conservation lands on behalf of the State. He has been named a Maryland Super Lawyers  "Rising Star" since 2018.
